Paul is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of New Jersey and New York.  He is a graduate of New York City University and Baruch College of Business where he received both his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Paul has been in public practice for 40 years, serving as a senior partner in various regional accounting firms.  He specializes in IRS and State Offers in Compromise for individuals and businesses owing substantial tax debts.  He also specializes in advising closely held businesses on how to grow their business and other strategic issues.  Paul is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the State Societies of Certified Public Accountants of New Jersey and New York.  He was awarded Small Business of the Year (2004) by The Greater Gateway Chamber of Commerce.

Jan Dulman, CPA, Member NJSCPA| Partner
Jan received his bachelors degree in business and accounting from Virginia Wesleyan College in 1995.  Jan received his CPA in Connecticut in 2001.  Jan focuses his practice in private non public company and not-for-profit organization audits and reviews.  He also specializes is being an outsourced controller and CFO.  Jan currently serves as CFO, since June 2007, of Global Gold Corporation, a publicly traded company.   Jan was an accountant at a medium sized CPA firm, Radin, Glass & Co., from May 2001 to December 2002.

Howard Samuels, CPA, MST | Partner
Howard is a CPA licensed in NY & NJ, has Masters Degree in Taxation from Pace University in NYC and his undergraduate degree in accounting from Syracuse University.   Howard has been practicing accounting and tax for approximately 20 years with experience including 5 years with Ernst & Young, 5 years with KPMG LLP and 4 years with Anchin, Block and Anchin (all public accounting firms).  Howard is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), NYSSCPA (NY State Society of Certified Public Accountants) and NJSCPA (New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants).  Howard is the Tax Partner in the firm and has extensive experience and expertise with freelancers, start up companies, high net worth individuals, non-for-profit entities and charities.
